What are your OEM terms?
We require specific material, size, and weight requirements. Initial mold charges for customized packaging are covered by the customer and may be refunded once specific order volume thresholds are met.
Can you send free samples before an order?
We provide free samples; however, international express shipping fees are covered by the customer. These shipping fees are typically refunded once a formal order is confirmed.
What is the standard lead time?
For new products, the lead time is 30-45 days after confirmation. For existing product configurations, the lead time is approximately 15-20 days per 40HQ container.
