Silicone Foam Wound Dressing
Composed of 3 layers: waterproof and breathable polyurethane film, a highly absorbent polyurethane foam layer, and a perforated wound contact layer coated with soft silicone gel adhesive.
Silicone Foam Dressing
  • Highly absorbent (12~16 times of fluid); reduces skin maceration.
  • Integrated water-lock function.
  • Semi-permeable PU film protects from water, bacteria, and foreign matters.
  • Provides a moist environment to promote wound healing.
  • Soft, elastic, comfortable, and good cushioning.

Usage Precautions
  • Coverage should be at least 2 cm beyond the edge of the wound.
  • Not for use with oxidizing solutions (e.g., Hypochlorite or Hydrogen peroxide).
  • Discontinue use if the patient is allergic to silicone.

Surface: thickness 0.022mm-0.028 mm complexion polyurethane film;

Sub-surface: superabsorbent fiber, weight ≥60g/m2;

Third layer: nonwoven fabric gloss weight ≥30 g/m2;

Fourth layer: PU foam, thickness 2.5mm-3.5 mm, absorption ≥ 5 times pad weight;

Fifth layer: silicone gel, Adhesive ≥100g/m2;

Backing: PE release film, thickness 0.045-0.055mm;

Quality: Neatly cut, even adhesive coating, free of burrs and pollution.
