Fixing High Elastic Compression Bandage With ISO

High elastic bandage is designed for the treatment, after-care, and prevention of recurrence of working and sports injuries. It is also highly effective for the after-care of varicose veins damage and surgical operations, as well as for therapy of vein insufficiency.

Contraindications:

• The High elastic bandage is for single use; do not reuse.
• Do not use if the product packaging is damaged.
• Stop use immediately if sensitivity arises from the adherent site.
• The product is sterilized by EO; sterility is valid for 2 years. Do not use after the expiration date.

1. Width Selection: Different widths should be used for different body parts. Small bandages (7.5cm wide) for upper limbs, middle bandages (10cm wide) for general use, and large bandages (15cm wide) for broader areas.

2. Application: The dressing should support circulation based on the principle of supporting the vein and counteracting increased venous pressure without being overstressed.

3. Wrapping Technique: Start from the foot and gradually wrap upwards to the desired height. Adjacent layers should overlap by about two-thirds to ensure a flat, secure fit. Bandaging should ideally be performed in the morning before getting out of bed.
